A little about me…

I live a life shaped by devotion, discipline, and trust — a path that has taught me the strength found in surrender and the peace that comes from belonging. Nearly three decades immersed in this lifestyle have given me a deeper understanding of balance: between control and care, structure and softness, shadow and light.

I’m Italian and French by heritage (though I don’t speak either language—yet!). I love cooking, especially Italian dishes that fill a home with warmth and laughter. Creativity runs through my days — painting, web design, writing, and tending to a garden that reminds me how patience can be its own form of grace.

Those who know me would say I’m calm, affectionate, and sometimes playfully sarcastic — loyal to the core, and happiest when I’m offering comfort or support. My writing flows from those same places of emotion: the quiet between breaths, the surrender in love, the beauty of service, and the power of being seen.
